Red Fox Crossing

Red Fox Crossing is located off the corner of Grange Ave and Sunnyslope Rd in New Berlin. The subdivision is part of New Berlin Schools. Lot sizes in Red Fox Crossing are around 1/2 acre up to almost 1 acre. Red Fox Crossing is Wisconsin's first zero net energy subdivision. All the homes feature solar panels for between 6 and 8 kW of energy. There is also municipal water and sewer in the subdivision.
