Wisconsin Real Estate License

Lake Country Home Realty offers the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Sales pre-license class offered in conjunction with Milwaukee’s Best Real Estate Services LLC. The course is completely online and can be done at your own pace. From your sign-up date, you have 6 months to complete the 72-hour course.

Wisconsin Real Estate License Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Complete 72-hour pre-license real estate sales course.

• Pass the Real Estate Sales exam - Pearson Vue charges about $70 to take the exam - monitored at their testing center.

• Submit paperwork to Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS). DSPS charges about $75 to file the paperwork for the license. Fee waived for veterans!
