Wisconsin Real Estate License
Are you interested in starting a career in Real Estate? Do you enjoy sales, marketing, negotiation, and helping others reach the dream of home ownership? Lake Country Home Realty recommends taking the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Sales pre-license class directly from the WRA. The course is completely online and can be done at your own pace. From your sign-up date, you have 6 months to complete the 72-hour course, but why not try to do it faster!
LCHR offers the online course for a net cost to you of $250. If you contact us first, and take the class for $345 through the WRA, then we’ll refund $95 of the course cost when you close your first sale while working with our brokerage!

Wisconsin Real Estate License Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Complete 72-hour pre-license real estate sales course.
Pass the Real Estate Sales exam - Pearson Vue charges about $65 to take the exam - monitored at their testing center.
Submit paperwork to Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS). DSPS charges about $60 to file the paperwork for the license. Fee waived for veterans!
